The Empire Bistro marks a fresh new chapter for this long-standing downtown favorite. Formerly known for fine dining, the restaurant has transformed into a casual, neighborhood-style bistro designed to bring people together in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Guests can look forward to an approachable menu featuring burgers, salads, steaks, and rotating weekly specials, along with an expanded selection of domestic, imported, and craft beers.

The renovated space reflects Tiffin’s signature architectural charm and offers a comfortable atmosphere for both casual dining and social gatherings. Guests can also enjoy new televisions for sports viewing and themed nights like “Burger & Beer” and “Ladies Night Out.”

Co-owner Rick Reser shared, “We wanted to create a place where you can come in wearing shorts after a round of golf or get dressed up to propose to someone special. The Empire Bistro is a place for everyone.” Manager Sharon Elchert added, “Our goal is to make The Empire Bistro a place where people come to gather, meet friends, and have a good time.”
